Voltaire, also called Voltaire the Panarchist or Voltaire the Wise is a Sanity Human born in a place called Q Ba.
Background[]
Voltaire was born in a place called Q Ba. Some how, he mannaged to come to Antartica on a boat with enough food to survive him a day eventhough his trip took weeks (see the Adventures of Voltaire). He landed in Freezeland, where he had no money. Thankfully, he came up with a plan; he'll do a concert to earn money. It worked, and he was stinking rich. Soon, he began travaling, playing his Gothic Rock music. His greatest track was "To the bottem of the sea", which hit records in Freezeland, reaching top. Later, he crafted a electric gutair called Doom Rock.
He built it and added three modes: Normal mode, Rock mode and Doom mode. Normal mode was when he was just relaxing, Rock mode was during concerts and tours and Doom mode was when it could paralyse or deafen someone when played. Voltaire soon joined ACP because of Doom Rock and to give him a job. Later, he created the Society of Protecting Penguins and his own country called the Rock Union.
