It's a dojo inside of a storm cloud where ninja's who have mastered every element can master the power of lightning. And it's controlled by sensei's brother Old Cazino
Background[]
There is a dojo called the storm dojo where ninja's who have mastered all the elements can train for the secret element, Card Jitsu Lightning. The game is called "card jitsu lightning the lost element". But unfortunately sensei is to busy teaching ninja's all the other elements. So he called his brother (Old Cazino) to help ninja's with the power of lightning. The cool part about the storm dojo is that it is all hidden and is a levitating dojo that hides in a storm cloud.
