Snowtopia is a big snowy city on a isalnd located about 36km next to Club Penguin. It is mostly inhabitated by penguins but also has lots of Polar Bears. Because of this, Herbert might lie that he came from the Arctic Circle! There is a slightly smaller population of penguins here, over only 700,000 penguins. It was discoverd by Rockhopper like most of other islands. It won the Penguin World Cup in 2008!
