The S.P.P.P. is a protection program founded by Star Productions.
Background/Founding[]
After an unknown someone saved the world of three evil creatures, that person became a Sensei of the art of Falcon Power. However, since the three evil creatures were not the only evil in the world, Star Productions was asked to make a protection program:

Secondary Force[]
Once, the S.P.P.P. main base was attacked by the Vexos, probably so they could get their hands on the Masterforce. First they made a force field that caused all four Spirits of Light to go offline so they had a better chance of winning. There were only five survivors: Star Kirby12, Richperson and Rico retreated to Club Penguin Island, Kirby was blasted away from Earth and into New Vestroia, and MegaMan succesfully escaped, also into New Vestroia with his baby son, Trill(stoned). All others were turned to stone.
This unknown someone, who now has trained up to 500 people, came to a kid with a name of "Danny", and told him he had to save the S.P.P.P. by making a secondary force and gave him supplies: a dino, all sixteen Rescue Force and Fire vehicles that were converted into bakugan during the battle, and some Falcon Energy.
Danny blasted off to New Vestroia and found Kirby, who had lost his Voice Chip that had enabled him to be able to talk with others. He settled by getting some wood to build a large workshop cabin with several electronic items converted from the spaceship that had brought him there. They were also reunited with Tippi, Thoreau and Boomer, who are also completely unaware of the S.P.P.P.
You are probably getting bored by the moment, so we'll just skip to the point: The new S.P.P.P. succeeded in getting the old one back.
