Puny or Paul Brackley is a superhero that resides in CPC. He is one of the top three police officers in Antarctica.
Background[]
Paul Brackley was born in a family of police officers. He began training or his badge at four years old, and finally at twelve yeas old, he got his junior police officer badge. He became a real one at sixteen.
Paul was well-known in CPC. He made thirty-five arrests, and uncovered five crime rings. Paul went to South Pole City to get a medal for uncovering a conspiracy to burn CP.
After he got his medals, Paul meet Shane Locast and Tyler Ranscore. They quickly became good friends and went out to get a pizza. They were on their way there, when a truck pulled over in front of them, and kidnapped them. They arrived at a destination and were separated into different rooms.
Paul was given a shot,and after five seconds of screaming AMPERSAND!!!, he passed out. When he awoke, he began struggling, and without thinking, he shrunk. He was astounded, and suddenly, he grew smaller. He went under the door, and grew back to normal size. He was then captured by GP soldiers and brought into a meeting room. He met Slanta Furious. Tyler and Shane was there also. Slanta explained Operation:Superheroes to him, and everyone agreed to train.
Paul became a superhero first, and then was persuaded to join The Defenders by Darty
Paul's superhero name is Puny.
Involvement[]
Paul is the primary super penguin in Club Penguin City. He still is a police officer, and has gone up to the bes police officer in Antarctica, after Shane and Tyler resigned.
Abilities[]
Puny can shrink and grow his body at any time. He is able to control his growing ability, but has not yet mastered his ability to shrink. Usually, he can shrink smaller than a cell, and grow larger then a skyscraper.
