Mutated Penguins are penguins that have been tortured badly by Darktan Anator. Their heads were cut off and placed on various objects. Unfortunately, for Darktan, the severed heads resumed their lifes on different bodies. Up to this day, they still seek revenge on Darktan. They play a giant role in Club penguin rpg dream team.
