The Mass Eradication Airborne Pillager, commonly called MEAP, is a rigid airship bomber used in warfare. They are noted for their ability to squeeze in remarkably large caches of weaponry (with room to spare) and yet remain easily maneuvered. MEAPs are manufactured on the outskirts of South Pole City and EmotiVille. There are approximately 120 of them in existence.
Description[]
The standard MEAP is 300 feet long. Its livery is just a tan color, with bright yellow streaks on each of its four large fins. There are four large propellers located on the underbelly of a MEAP, used in tandem with the rudder and elevators to propel and steer the ship.
The interior of a MEAP is divided into the top and the bottom. The top is mainly filled with super helium used for lift, while the bottom is further divided into the living quarters, the bridge, and the bomb bays. The living quarters is located near the back of the ship and takes up a third of the MEAP. The middle section is the bomb bay, used for storing the various explosive devices, as well as the built-in cannons, deletion lasers, and missile launchers. The front section is the bridge, which is wired to the rest of the airship to allow command of all functions in the MEAP.
The underbelly of the MEAP contains various sets of bomb bay doors, which open up to different compartments in the bomb bay. This allows the crew of the MEAP to release specific types of explosives rather than emptying the whole bomb bay at once. Four large retractable cannons are also located along the underbelly. These cannons are compatible with every standard form of ammunition, from pie to deletion energy. Six retractable missile launchers are located along the sides of the MEAP. These launchers are also compatible with standard missile types, such as Glue Missiles and Heat Missiles.
As a defense mechanism, the nosecone of the MEAP has built-in deflector shields that can divert blasts away from the zeppelin. They're not entirely efficient, however.

- Typically, about 70-80 MEAPs are housed in the AMOEBA. (The rest are situated in hangars across the continent.)
- Most MEAPs are in the possession of Ternville's air force.
- MEAPs are refilled using TeleNet portals located in each compartment of the bomb bay. Supplies may also be shuttled to the living quarters in the same way. This allows a MEAP to have a constant supply of weapons all throughout a battle.
- BOSS XeXeXe has his own personal MEAP that has been modified to carry extra weaponry. It is commanded by a bunch of puffles.
- MEAP is technically a parody of a MOAB from Bloons Tower Defense 3/4.
