Katie Finn is a girl that dresses very weirdly.
Background[]
She was born on a rainy Sunday. Her parents thought she would become a Demon Penguin, so they dropped her off at The Pet Shop to avoid any torn couches or fires at random times. However, she wouldn't let go to her mother's arm, so her mom decided she was a normal penguin, not a demon, so they kept her. They were poor, so she could only wear one clothing size and that was XXL. Later, she became so thin of starvation, and her parents were making about 100% more money, so they fed her a lot. Now her clothes fit and she is kind of fat. But however, now they can do laundry, so she shrinks them and is renting exercise items, such as treadmills and exercise bikes so that her body doesn't get squeezed to death.
