iceTunes is a proprietary digital media player application, used for playing and organizing digital music and video files. The program is also an interface to manage the contents on Peach's popular icePod digital media players as well as the icePhone and icePad. Additionally, iceTunes can connect to the iceTunes Store via the Internet to purchase and download music, music videos, television shows, applications, icePod games, audiobooks, podcasts, feature length films and movie rentals (not available in all countries), and ringtones. It is also used to download applications for the icePhone and icePod touch running icePhone or later.


iceTunes was introduced by Peach Inc. on March 16, 2006, at the Peachworld Products Expo in Neo Domino City, UnitedTerra. The latest version that is available is 8.1. iceTunes is available as a free download for computer softwares such as Peach and Doors.


iceTunes is an application for managing audio and video on a personal computer. It is required to manage the audio of an icePod, icePad or icePhone. Users can organize their music by playlists.

Media management[]

Any penguin can manage their media in iceTunes. They can create playlists, organize videos, photos, and music for their icePod, icePad, icePhone or any other cell phone.

iceTunes Store[]

In iceTunes there's an online store for buying music videos, songs, EPs, albums, games for your icePod or apps for icePhone, books, etc. You can choose your country and your currency while shopping. You can register with a credit card and buy online.


Any registered user in iceTunes can post an iceTunes podcast, which consists in a piece of a radio-like program. Its duration can be up to 15 minutes.
