Dudd Lapooh is Fudd's annoying brother who LOVES to scare penguins.
Background[]
Dudd was born on the same day as his twin brother, Fudd. They both were very similar in that they both liked pranking, but Dudd's favourite method was to scare penguins and afterwards laugh over their foolishness.
However he did not often succeed and most often just got the living socks belted out of him. One day he found what he called "a really big battery" and went inside of it.
Before long a explosion was heard in the "big battery" and Dudd came out, covered in a blue vapour. When asked what happened inside, he said that he had gone swimming in a swimming pool and pressed a big red button that said "do not press" and suddenly he was electrocuted.
When he came out he had been mutated by the radiation and now had a blue glow around him. He then proceeded to scare his sister by going right through a wall and then jumping out at her.
Then it struck him. Perhaps he could use this to prank penguins!
The next day he scared his class teacher who ran out in terror and eventually was known as "The Ghost Puffle" even he was no such thing.
Eventually he left home and started wandering around the USA, scaring penguins wherever he went.
Involvement[]
Dudd wanders around in the USA, scaring penguins and leaving a trail of terror wherever he goes. He works at a film company where he acts in "scary movies" for very low pay.
Dudd also works part-time at a McDoodle's restaurant as a janitor (it pays much better then an actor) and a salesman.

Trivia[]
- He gets stuff for free at stores because he scares the cashers. This is not intentional.
- Dudd is very gullible and because of this, he always buys smelly shampoo from a freak traveling salesmen at ridiculously high prices. Every time he puts it on, it makes him go insane for the rest of the day.
- He has never scared Robert Hun or Skeletal, and can't. You should know why.
- Ludd Lapooh (his father) loves his B movies and watches them whenever he can.
