Whenever there are politcis among nations, there is diplomacy. It is a necessary part of keeping peace. Many diplomats in Antarctica are extreme Noobs. Around here, diplomacy is commonly found with music, rhymes, disrespect, culture shock, culture offense, and pranks. Especically pranks. Below is a collaborated attempt to chronicle some of the greatest successes and blunders in diplomatic history, and more. Be descriptive!
