The Czar of Gourdzoid is a Jacko which is the master judge in the GourdZoid Council Hall.
Background[]
He was serving breakfasts at the Council Hall when it was still a bed-and -breakfast. When the Hall was restored, he was appointed master judge for his excellent room service. This restored his taste in monocles. He wears a green crown. He often speaks in L33t, so nobody can understand him. He has a bad attitude and was whacked with a shovel at The Coronation Of Explorer. A group of people are going against the Czar for his unfair attitude.
