He´s cousin of Herbert P.Bear. He was born in the Arctic, but was not inclined to doing evil things. When he grew up, he moved to Club Penguin and became obsessed with the Governance and its workings. In February of 2008, he applied for the position of Megabishop of the Club Penguin Parish.
