Antics Festival is a massively multiplayer online video game where up to eight players compete against one another on insane and unpredicatble levels and off-the-wall "small-games" per turn.
Plot[]
The game explains itself before the title screen begins.
Once upon a time, an accidential programming error occurred in the Narrator's Fife, back in the High Penguin Confederacy. The code stated that, one thousand years from the error, a special asteroid was to be granted sentience and great power. This asteroid is called the Decacentinnial Asteroid, and its formation occured in 2009. So great was the power of this rock, that it fell from the sky after passing a light year from the earth. Gravity was not involved, the asteroid just turned and head straight for the planet. Explorer, who happened to be bored out of his mind, saw the Decacentinnial Asteroid crash, and he approached the crater. Dozens of others had seen it and flocked to the area as well. All of them were intriqued by the glowing space rock, and they all wanted to keep it for themselves. Mayor McFlapp stated they could play a new board game he had invented to see who would get to keep the Decacentinnial Asteroid. He brought out a huge box with all of the neccesary supplies. However, just as everyone sat down to play, the Asteroid gave off a brilliant flash of light and teleported everyone inside the game. The Decacentinial Asteroid, which was revealed to be extremely sentient, stated that whoever could win on the Mayor's board game would keep him and become the "Greatest Ultra Steller Mass in the Universe"! ...-but only one can win. Who will it be?
Gameplay[]
Players take turns spinning a roulette. The number on the wheel determines how far each player goes. When the number runs out, players stop on various Spots which do various things (see the Spots section). After everyone has done their turn, a Small-Game is played, the winner earning money. Spots and items can affect gameplay or drastically change the events and outcome. Players can use these twists as well as Items to best their opponents. The ultimate objective is to have to most Waffles at the end of the game.

Levels[]
Antics Festival can be played on various 'Levels, all of which are different.
List of Levels[]
Name | Difficulty | Description | Interrobang Space does... | Waffles can be obtained by... |
---|---|---|---|---|
Dorkugal Heights | One of Five stars. | A straightforward board that goes on three levels. At the top, the player goes back down to the start and ascends again. Waffles are purchased for twenty pebbles at the last space on the top. | Five of six sends a gush of smoothie liquid surges down a set path, washing anyone who is hit by it back to Start. The other either gives you ten pebbles or causes a Herbert Event on just that player. | Reach the top floor of the board and purchase one for twenty pebbles. |
Str00del's Toy Box | Two of Five Stars | A wacky board with several junctions and six Bugzy Spots as opposed to the normal one. | When a player lands on an Interrobang space, Mister Bean appears and hits a dice block. Depending on what comes up, the player can recieve a free Waffle, switch places with another player, or lose twenty pebbles. | Reach the Waffle Spot on the board and purchase one for twenty pebbles. |
Evil Lake | Two of Three Stars | While the Jerks have gone away on a rapping course, the Fords have taken over. Can you dodge them, but still win the game? | When a player lands on an Interrobang, Fords will come up, and take you to the start. However, you'll be given a chance, and you role a dice. Depending on what you get, you either go back to your old square, you go to a shop, you play a single player small-game, or you lose all your pebbles. When playing a Dancing Penguin, Ford Car, or Link, you have a 2/3 chance that you'll go to a shop, and a 1/3 chance you'll go back to your old space. | When you reach the Waffle spot, a Ford will appear and challenge you to spin a higher roulette number than him. If you win, pay twenty pebbles and get the Waffle. If you lose, pay the Ford fifteen pebbles and get nothing. |
Angel Island | Two of Three Stars | Tails6000's island home, This includes his friends and for some reason Aye-Que joins Herbert in the events. | When a player lands on the introbang space, you will be teleported to the master gem, where Fists will tell you to stop Aye-Que robots from stealing the Master Gem, everyone uses either a hammer, or a snowball gun (Hot Sauce machine gun if your Tails). The purple introbang space leads to Kaylee, who wants you to use her hammer to whack robots popping out of holes and by how many robots you whack the more pebbles you get. Lastly, the black introbang space activates the Aye-Que event. The Aye-Que event is like a Herbert event, but instead it has Aye-Que chasing the players through a hall and they try to hide from him while the door is barracaded, you choose through 3 cauldrons, and if he throws a wrench into a cauldron you've chosen, you lose all of your pebbles. | Reach the Waffle Spot and buy one for twenty pebbles. |
Bureau of Fiction | Four of Five Stars | The facility of the Bureau of Fiction, this level is sprawling with lifts and shortcuts to different places. Kiosks will be set up to use as shops, and entrances to games can be accessed by entering a Department. | When a player lands on one of the ten Interrobang spaces in the level, something different will happen every time. Six of the spaces simply cause a lift to take you to a random point, with a two-pebble fee. Four of the spaces cause a various Master to pop out and do a random action. The last two have the chance to make your game or break your game -- landing on the black Interrobang space will cause you to lose all your money and a Waffle, while landing on the light blue Interrobang space will double your money and give you an extra Waffle. | Manage to enter the Organ Room and purchase a Waffle for ten pebbles. |
Yum Yum Town | Five of Five Stars | The fictional area of Yum Yum Town (basically where the game Resturaunt Rush takes place in) is one of the most difficult levels in the game, due to how annoying the Interrobang spaces are in this level. There are several cameos in this area, including the five resturaunts, and various inhabitants of the town. | When a player steps on one of the eleven Interrobang spaces, something random will happen. Red spaces will cause cellphone addicts to surround said player and start chattering one their phones, making the player run away back to the start to get away from the noise. If the player purchased ear muffs from the general goods store, they'll use them to negate the effects of the noise. Stepping on a black Interrobang space will cause a crowd of penguins to appear on the level, and they will move one space every turn. If the crowd ends up on the same space a player is standing on, the player will be thrown aside onto a nearby a square, and a Painful Bear, taking advanatge of this, steals a random amount of pebbles and a waffle, if any. The crowd will stop when they end up in front of one of the five resturaunts, and they will then enter it. Lastly, if the player steps on a green Interrobang space, they will either earn 300 pebbles and a waffle, or a limousine will pick them up and take them to a store, allowing them to purchase one rare item, and then returning them to the game. | At the Waffle Spot, trade one item (any item) for a free Waffle in exchange. |
Bureau of Entropy | Four of Five Stars | The facility where the Anti-Masters work, this level is full of dark rooms, which shrouded in darkness, so only players who are in a dark room can know whats going on. | When a player steps on one of the eleven spaces, what happens depends. If you step on a space, the Anti-Masters (if you're a Anti-Master, then your Anti-Master won't appear) will appear, and unless you have the Bureau of Entropy item, or you're Murphy, Conducter Hertz, Robert McPersonstein, Director Kenny, or Lord Carrion, you'll lose three waffles, or if you have a Bureau of Fiction item, you'll lose the Bureau of Fiction item instead. If you have a Bureau of Entropy item or are playing as one of the five Anti-Masters, then you'll get a (another in the case of having one) Bureau of Entropy item, and you get a waffle. | Navigate the maze of dark rooms. Most lead to a pitfall (sending you back to start), but one leads to the Waffle Zone, where an Anti-Master will present you with a free Waffle. |
The Moon | Three of Five stars | PASA landed on the moon! You can see loads of space rockets, which are used as elevators. All characters are dressed in astronaut suits. | A massive flying saucer apears, and shoots a laser at all but the player who landed on it. The player gets to spin the roulette two more times. | Reach the Waffle Spot and purchase one for twenty pebbles. |
New Moon | Five of Five stars | The New Moon was one of the biggest shuttles, that it was for the game! There are elevators, jetpacks, and use the Space Elevator to explore space! The Shuttle cafetirias become shops. You can also head to the alien craft, via the Space Elevator, where you can explore. New Moon is one of the biggest maps. All character are dressed in astronaut suits. | It depends really. If you land one of the sixteen Interrobang spaces in the New Moon shuttle, you get covered with waffles. You eat all but three of the waffles. You can keep one waffle. If you're in the alien craft and you land in one of the ten Interrobang spaces inside it, you get trapped in a cage for the next turn. Finaly, there's one near the pilot seat in the New Moon shuttle. It shoots a laser at the alien craft, destroying it. Anyone in the alien craft loses a waffle and all their pebbles, and starts from the begining again. | The pilot of the shuttle moves at the end of everyone else's turn with a bag of Waffles. If you can reach or pass him (not if he passes you), then you can purchase a Waffle from him for fifteen pebbles. |
Space Colony Aircraft | Five of Five Stars | Battle robots, use various elevators, even float in space and use mini-rockets to get to distant locations. Do anything except fall. Try and reach the central core. | If the player lands on an Interrobang space, they'll be teleported to the entrance of the Aircraft. After walking through around four rooms, you'll spot Omega who will tell you that Herbert and Aye-Que have once agained formed an alliance. They plan to use they cannon to heat up Antarctica and take control over it. You then have to reach the Center of the Aircraft before they fire the cannon. Once they realise you've done it though you'll have to battle a robotic version of Herbert. If you defeat him Aye-Que and Herbert will come chasing after you and you have to make it to the emergency exit before they capture you. | The number of robots you destroy will detirmine how many Waffles you get. 10 Robots equals 1 Waffle, so try and destroy as many as possible. |
ADD MORE | ADD MORE OR ELSE | ADD MORE OR DIE A HORRIBLE POLKA DEATH | POLKA! |
Small-Games[]
At the end of everyone's turn, a Small-Game is played. The winner obtains money. Some small-games are Spot-initiated and are not played at the end of the turn.
Types[]
- The types of Small-Games are Item, Free-For-All, Herbert, Bugzy Casino, Half Versus Half, Battle, Single-Player, Chance Moment and Shroomsky.
- Item games occur when a player lands on an Item Spot. Instead of having to purchase an item for pebbles at a shop, the player can try and win an item via the events.
- Free-For-All games have a chance of occurring at the end of each round. All characters compete against one another for a ten pebble prize, given to the last player standing.
- Herbert games occur if a player, unfortunately, lands on a Herbert Spot and "HSG" is chosen on the selector. Something terrible usually hapens to all losers, such as losing coins, items, and on rare occasions, losing a Waffle.
- Bugzy Casino games are pure luck and high-risk escapades where a player can either leave with more money or no money, no in-between. They occur if a player lands on a Bugzy Spot.
- Half Versus Half games have a chance of occuring at the end of each round. Players are randomly divided into two teams. Each winning player on the victorious team earns ten coins.
- In a Battle game, all players must hand over some money (in ten, twenty, thirty, forty, or fifty increments), and compete for money. The highest winning players (those in first, second, third, and fourth), get shares of the loot. These are activated by landing on a Battle Spot.
- Single-player games are activated via landing on a Single Player spot. Whoever lands on it plays a quick small-game and earns ten coins if they win.
- Chance Moment games occur when one lands on a ZOMG spot. These dramatic small-games can actually change the outcome. The player stops a slot machine that can force two players to trade coins, waffles, or items, or cause one player to give coins, waffles, or items to another. It's all up to chance, hence the name.
- Shroomsky games occur when one lands on a Shroomsky spot. Professor Shroomsky takes whpoever lands on it to single player quiz where they must answer three real-world trivia questions about Antarctic subjects such as politics, math, science, useless facts, etc. . If the player gets all three right, they get a Waffle. If they miss any, however, they must hand Shroomsky twenty pebbles.
- Water Ball Dodgeball occurs when you land on a waterball spot. In this game the player goes to a large waterball field and has to locate and hit the opponents 5 times.
List of Small-Games[]

---|---|---|---|
Nerd Attack | Half verses Half game | Shove at least more then 10 Penguins in the locker (shoving fellow Jerks will make you loose a waffle)! If you're a Nerd, survive for four mins. Players have snowballs to throw and stun their opponents. | |
Now That's Improbable! | Chance Moment Game | End up with the most amount of items, money, and waffles. | Simply press the button hooked up to the Lithium Improbability Drive, and it will activate the wheel it is hooked up to. Shaken Soda | Herbert Game | Press a button to receive a soda, and make sure it isn't shook up! | The small game starts with a small cutscene of Herbert replacing four cans of cream soda in a vending machine with four he has shook up, he then goes to hide in a bush while the players come over and decide to get a drink. There are ten buttons, each one will dispense one the ten cans of cream soda, and players must press one of the buttons in 20 seconds. If the timer runs out and there are still players that haven't pressed a button a random, unpressed button will be chosen for them. Another cutscene will show the players slowly opening the cans. If one of the players got one of the shook up cans, the soda will set off in their face and they will be knocked down dazed, losing half their pebbles and a waffle. If one of the players hasn't got one of the shook up cans, they will just chug it down, sigh, and continue on. If one or three players got a shook up soda Herbert will appear giggling, if four players got a shook up can he will be laughing manicallly, and if none of the players got a shook up can he'll have an angry look on his face. |

Items[]
Items can be purchased at Item Shops, won in Item Small-Games, or stolen from other players. Each one has a different effect, and some only appear on certain boards. Some items can steal items from other people, summon different characters, etc.
Rare items can not be bought conventionally. These are usually given by getting lucky in an Item Game, by purchasing a "?" at an Item Shop, or by answering honestly to a character who occasionally appears instead of the Item Small-Game when landing on an item Spot.
List of Items[]

You can only use the earmuffs once, and once you use them, you can get another pair from the general goods store. | |

Herbert will hand the player a CP Trainer, which they will then carry for the rest of the turn. At the end of everyone's turn, the CP Trainer activates and swaps everyone's positions. | |
Penguin Storm | The Penguin Storm. | 10 pebbles. | The Penguin Storm causes the player to randomly switch pebble counts with another. In other words, if the user has 5 pebbles and the random opponet has 127, the user gets 127 and the opponent gets stuck with the 5. | |

PSF Agent | A PSF agent | Rare item/Can be sold for a waffle and 500 Pebbles | Can only be won in an item game | If won, PSF Agents can be used on the selected player where they'll 'arrest' him as they suspect him/her of being a terrorist. They are taken onto the starting spot where they can't move a turn. If a player has a spy phone then the arrested player can be taken to any spot - even Herbert spots and Bugzy's casino. If it's on a special spot, the effect automatically happens when the player is freed. You have a 25% chance of getting it if you're playing Leopard Seal attack. |

They'll run back to the start and of the board before returning in a Boeing 747. The plane flys low and the player jumps out of it. If the planes wings hit anyone why flying low, then they're knocked out for a turn. In the New Moon and The Moon maps, it is a space shuttle which also flys low. |
Spots[]
Shops/Buildings/Places[]
- MOAR KRABS BANK
- On every board, there are two MOAR KRABS BANKS. Passing the bank requires the player to deposit five pebbles. Landing on the actual space directly in front of the bank gives all the coins in its coffers to the lucky player. The Bank's position on the board is the same every game, noted by a small building a bit off the path and a green space with a picture of MOAR KRABS on it sitting directly in front of it.
- Item Shop
- Like the MOAR KRABS BANK, there are two item shops on every board. There, five of The Master Puffles will sell you four kinds of items. You can only keep three items though, and you will have to throw away an item to buy another in that case.
