24keyser is the ex-mayor and ex-delegate of Pengu Town, Trans-Antarctica. He is known for creating his own website, one of the many things other penguins could not do.
Background[]
When 24Keyser was born he was very tiny. He grew up in a town called Snow Globe. Then he bought a house in Mammoth. But kept his house in Snow Globe. When he grew up he joined ACP. He is now a captain. Then he found another job at the Club Penguin Wiki. In October 2008 he began editing another Club Penguin Wiki; it was called the Club Penguin Fanon Wiki. Then he he joined the South Pole Council representing Trans-Antarctica. After he retired, Bob McGoo took his place.
Involvement[]
He was the delegate for Trans-Antarctica in South Pole Council (he was replaced by Bob McGoo), and was mayor of the very beautiful Pengu Town.
